Lux on the Lake

If you’ve been following along, you already know our Lux on the Lake project has been a labor of love since 2021. We’re thrilled to finally share it in its completed form—just in time for the Top of Utah Parade of Homes.

Lux on the Lake

We partnered with Steve Coppieters from Stone Gate Homes on this project. The main house is nearly 9,000 square feet, this home embodies quiet, cozy luxury. Every space was designed to balance sophistication with livability, creating a retreat where family and friends can gather, relax, and make memories.

Some of our favorite details? Two dramatic double-sided fireplaces that anchor the main living spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor living designed to take advantage of Utah’s seasons, a sculptural modern staircase, epic lighting, full Lutron automation, and countless thoughtful touches waiting to be discovered.

Set on a private ski lake, the outdoor spaces were created to extend the home’s sense of retreat. An outdoor kitchen, inviting lounge areas, pool, hot tub, firepit, outdoor shower, and even a sandy beach make this home an entertainer’s dream.

For recreation, the sports complex doesn’t disappoint: a multi-use court for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, plus a regulation two-lane bowling alley, climbing wall, and guest apartment above. It’s a home designed to offer both luxury and play, all in one beautiful setting.
