The Liz Powell Design team offers design consultations to our clients at any stage of your project. Whether you’re just starting to think about a design project, or are knee deep in the design and need a professional to give a little guidance, we’re here for you!
here’s how our process works —
YOU reach out to us.
WE reply to you and set up a meeting that works for you. Our design consultations in the past have been in person or via Zoom. We prefer to visit our local clients in person to get a better feel for the space, but we can and will make anything work!
WE give you an hour (or more, if you would like!) of undivided attention. We are completely tuned in to your project and understanding your needs. We’ll take measurements, get to know your style, and view the rest of your home to understand how to design a cohesive space.
YOU get to sit back and relax for a while!
WE get shopping. We’ll scour high and low to find the perfect pieces to complete your selected space. We’ll keep in mind your preferences and any must-have items you’ve told us about, and include a few extras we think will help your room come to life.
WE compile the items we like for your home into a handy PDF and email it to you.
lastly —
YOU review the PDF and let us know if you’d like any edits. If necessary we’ll do a round of revisions and return you a final design ASAP.
YOU purchase the items on your own timeline! (This is our favorite part of Design Consultations. We know life is unpredictable and sometimes you can’t finish a project exactly when you want. But once you have the shopping links your room design will be finished whenever works for you and your budget/timeline.)
